My Job as a Nutritionist
As a diet and nutrition specialist, it is my duty to make sure that my clients get the proper nutrition that they need through giving them the right diet program that is bets for their needs. Most diet programs these days which aim to help people lose weight are more focused on eating plenty of protein and lesser amount of carbohydrates, which may not be balanced at all. And because these diet programs often recommended eating of too much animal meat, our acid levels may just raise high, which could be very bad for the health.
Because our body is slightly alkaline, we need to eat foods that reflect this kind of pH level so to keep it balanced. Thus, the most recommended healthy food for us is the one that is alkaline-forming, and this is the kind of food that I usually recommend to my clients. Alkaline-forming foods are usually fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, and nuts, and they are believed to keep the balance on our pH level, which is really essential when it comes to maintaining the best of health.
My job of being a nutritionist may be challenging — but this is extremely fulfilling, knowing that I make a difference on the health of others.
